I agree. The Wii has potential, but Nintendo just isn't using it.

Third party has been pretty lazy when it comes to the Wii, and it's full of ports and games with oversimplified controls. First and Second party seem to know what they're doing, but the third party developers have yet to understand what's going on. It will be some time before this gets any better, though.

They do have a number of second party titles that we haven't actually seen footage of (Disaster, Camelot's upcoming RPG, and a number of others). More would definitely be nice. I do want them to buy another company, although they did just buy Monolith a few months ago, with an RPG supposedly in the works (as is Disaster). Nintendo has many Wii games they said they are publishing (I can't remember the number, but it was very high), and we haven't seen much of it yet. Nintendo does tend to keep a majority of their games tightly under wraps. They do have dozens of games (if I'm not mistaken, the number was higher than 50) that they will release (that Nintendo, not third parties, will publish), but they haven't announced many. In fact, they only have a handful that we know about.

They don't really have to do anything because they keep making money no matter what.

They already have over 10 Million consoles sold, so even if they make crap games they'll still end up loaded.

True but we don't have decent second party titles out this year.

Well if the is the top-selling next-gen console, cant they also give it better titles, it would make the sellings go up.

This article makes much sense to me. They have some good games coming out but not enough in my opinion to rival with Xbox 360 and PS3, which they must want to do. Get a few more developers under their wings and create a few more games would be a good idea.

With Corruption, Brawl, Galaxy, Mario kart and a few others coming to the Wii in the near future I am more than satisfied with the Wii's line-up. Tut, people these days can't be satisfied at all.

This article is more about Wii's terrible games not the lack of good ones. How many good games the Wii has is up to you whether you're a fanboy or own all three systems. It's saying how Publishers are using the Wii as some kind of toilet for games like Boogie, Bob Ross game, Highschool Musical, etc. You can't deny that if you're a Wii fanboy but if you're a Wii hater then you can't deny that this is not killing the system.

Wow i know the Wii hasn't got alot of games but i can't really say they all suck, Zelda and mario has been selling good. Not to mention the top titles up coming soon. Call me crazy, but aren't alot of the game's on that list multi-platform (like, the games based off movies)?

Yeah, a few are exclusive, a few are on the Wii but only other console that has it is a last gen console such as the PS2, and others are on the 360 or PS3.

The system has hundreds of titles out already and its been out for less than a year.
