FF Versus XIII: Right now, PS3 owners should ignore it

Given the fact FFXIII-2 was announced back at E3 2006 and the fact even now details on the game are minimal and even the fact were getting a sequel to FFXIII first it should be in the back of PS3 owners minds until we get a release date.

    Honestly, they need to just shelf the game at this point. What Square Enix has been doing is siphoning off people from the Versus team and using them to help develop such games as FFXIII and FFXIII-2. Because of that, Versus gets very minimal progress.

    There is a point at which you have to cut your losses and just ditch the project. By the time it releases, people are going to expect it to be so amazing (because by the time it releases, it will have been 6 years since they announced it, and even longer since they actually started it) that anything less than absolute perfection is unacceptable.

    Hell, the same happened to FFXIII. It took so long that when it released, a LOT of people were disappointed.

    If you mean XIII, then this comment makes no sense. If you mean XIII-2, then I would dispute it greatly. There's already been several trailers and quite a large amount of info released.
