This is a feature article from gaming website PlanetXbox360.com that looks at five reasons the author isn't excited about the upcoming release of Bioware's Mass Effect 3, in early 2012.

Am I missing something? When Mass Effect 2 launched last year, it was welcomed by critics with unending praise, many hailing it as this generation's best game. After playing the first game and being only moderately impressed, I was hesitant in picking up the sequel. Naturally, all the high review scores and unending compliments to BioWare for making such a fantastic title, compelled me to try it for myself. You see, I'm a sucker for a game that has a good story and cast of well developed characters, something this game was said to have in spades. However, after completing the game for myself, I must say that I wasn't all that impressed; so much so, that I'm not all that excited for the trilogy's final installment.

I could give you five reasons why I'm not going to read this article. But I'll just skip to number 1, hate on something popular to get hits.

He probably enjoys the games to be honest, but like you said, hate on something that is popular will get you hits. So sad...

sounds like this guy just doesnt like having fun. and sounds like he's a massive Gears fan. ok, go have fun with Gears 3 which will probably be nothing more than a barely interesting rehash...but with female soldiers this time!!! after Gears 2 was lackluster and Bulletstorm was nothing special, ive started to lose hope in Cliffy, er i mean Epic's development strategy.

Gears is a hell of a lot of fun as long as you can get some buddies to play.

This guy has never really liked the franchise, that is very obvious reading through it.
