Sony entertainment of america has bought out Sucker Punch a video game maker of games like Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank and Sly Cooper and INfamous. They have done this for a few reasons why and how it will effect ps vita and ps3 are at the core of this buy out by sony. This buy out will help to insure more open world games from sucker punch on sony's systems.
This new PS2 franchise gave the system a mascot-driven platform game trifecta: Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank and Sly Cooper. Its unique cel-shaded graphics gave off a hand-drawn look, spearheaded by its crafty-looking and acting lead character. With his blue jimmy cap and raccoon eyes that formed a natural “mask,” Sly was a fun-looking master thief. Matching that distinct look, its entertaining stealth gameplay, reminiscent of third-person action games like Metal Gear Solid, gave platform fans something new to experience.
