Craig Will of GoozerNation.com wondered if another Halo is necessary, let alone a whole new trilogy of Halo games. But something may have changed his mind.

"Let's be honest: Halo lost a lot of its luster after Halo 3. Sure ODST and Reach have garnered their following and are still massively popular but it doesn't feel as fresh or fun for me. Judging by some internet forums, it hasn't for some of you either."

Thats my point the industries built on sequels, reboots, prequels, ect. We can't call out one series when there are others with far more history (Metal Gear is a dinosaur in video game years) who continue to consistently provide a high level of quality.

    Moar sequels plz.
Everyone bitches about sequels, but everythings been done before. So long as they keep up as high of standard as the originals then bring it on.

Halo is so successful that it wouldnt hurt to have more sequels (or even prequels), but I think they'd struggle with producing new and original content.

If they have said "this will be the last game" then they should stick to that though, reviving a series nearly never works. iirc halo have done that.
