So ever game that has scrolls in the name is now going to be pursued by Bethesda's lawyers?

Then apparently the developer "infiltrated" bethesda because they named something notch?

...Bethesda needs to keep a leash on their money hungry lawyers before they make them look like more of a fool.

lol yea. so there was a "Dungeon Scroll" game in 2003, they should go after them. "Aztec Scroll" was released a couple years back.

while theyre at it they also need to sue Ubisoft for 2004's "Shadowbane: Throne of Oblivion", some gamers might confuse that with Elder Scrolls 4. then theres also "Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion" from Acclaim.

and if i was them, i would probably sick my lawyers on Atari for their D&D game "Daggerdale", as that sounds too close to Daggerfall and it might confuse someone.

also, since they own the word "scroll", they need to sue the creators of the anime "Ninja Scroll" as well. oh and then of course, any game that features a pickaxe needs to be taken to court also. and while theyre at it, they might as well just go ahead and sue every game company that ever published an RPG game, because they obviously invented RPGs.

so looks like theyve got their work cut out for them.
