Digital downloads are amazing these days. They can be a lot of fun, and great to gift as well. But when you buy them, you either get a generic points card or a receipt with a code printed on it. How can you guarantee a memorable gift? Ryan Johnson gives some ideas.

As digital gaming downloads become more worthwhile, some (myself included) have wanted to gift them for holidays or birthdays. But how to present it? If you go to GameStop and buy DLC directly, you can get a code for a specific game on a receipt. Not the greatest tangible reward. If you know the exact thing you want to get someone but can only get a Microsoft Points card, it almost looks uncaring as you give a generic gift card. So what do you do?

    i love digital downloads
    for books for games and for many things
    manuals and a like should all be like that. we waste wayy too much water and a like on this stuff. game cases use plastic and tape that uses oil to make millions of gallons of it used on games a year digital downloads helps.
