That's a horrible list, points 2,3 and 4 are completely objective.

2) Camping has been in every CoD; get used to it. I don't believe any map can be truly camper free.

3) Like you said, Kill Confirmed is a team game, why is surprising that the dog tags count towards the team's score? Your idea would work better if Kill Confirmed's mechanics were placed in an FFA style game mode.

Press start, scroll down to custom classes and change your class. Customisation isn't that much of a problem. Look at Black Ops - make your own title, face paint, multiple attachments - if anything, MW3 is a step back.

black ops people removed gear to stop cheating but allowed emblem creation and spent more time banning those people then they would have spent going after cheaters.
in cod mw3 it is a title emblem pre approved system. so no seeing xxx rated things along with racist stuff while on cod mw3.

camping is a part of playing any game some like to rush and go fast while some like to go slow . there is ways of dealing with camping and removing them. simply use recon perk under perk 1 then go to where abouts they are flash them and you will see where they are on your mini map as if you had advanced radar. you can also have the hardline pro perk on and revenge death streak after they kill you 3 times you will see where they are on your screen and be way easier to kill them. there are also many other tricks of the trade to remove campers.
