Games don't go down to $20 all that quickly either. Especially Nintendo games, and Heavy Rain was full price for like 3 years. Also aside from Rockstar and actual GOTY's like Arkham Asylum and Oblvion there's not a whole lot of complete editions out there. They're growing in popularity, but to say "there will be a GOTY" is asinine as a blanket statement.
