A recent "deal" on the Bing Rewards program Holiday Calendar tries to lure people into paying an unnecessary premium for their Xbox LIVE Gold subscription per year.

    You can cancel auto-renew very easily. As soon as a person enters Credit Card information into the system the Live system turns on auto-renew (as a way to get money, I'm sure) and charges the "normal" cost for an XBL membership (9$ a month). If you go to Xbox.com you can easily disable this and then buy months as you wish.

    I think that could resolve the issue. I don't believe anything really changed, unless they said you HAD to pay 110$ for a year of Live after the free month...
