Just in time for Friday the 13th, Player Affinity takes a look at some of the less fortunate characters that gamers have been forced to control over the years.

Friday the 13th is the day you’re most likely to get struck by lightning, run over by an ambulance and stabbed in the face by a bad tempered fella with a hockey mask, so why not do yourself a favor and remain indoors with our top five list of the unluckiest characters in gaming history.

    Conker's entire N64/Xbox adventure is filled with his unluckiness!

    Its hard to beat Nathan Drake in this category. Absolutely nothing goes his way, whether it be running from a helicopter, jumping to a ledge, or walking down the street. As much as I love the franchise, some of the stuff that happens just makes me laugh... "What are the chances of that happening... and that... and that!?!?"
