  That was boring, I largely liked what was said about Nintendo fanboy though. Still between the fact i only really follow Nintendo and strongly dislike Sony (Microsoft are sound enough but I still prefer the Wii) I tend to fall under the tittle fanboy alot, fortunately I tend to slip into the serious Nintendo fans rather than fanboys in most conversations with other fans, although all in all I am sort of a cross, enough fanboy to have a casual note made, but 'good' enough for it to not destroy discussions.

    It's so funny to suddenly watch people be so indifferent towards Microsoft just since they've released a good videogame console.
    
    Apparently if you make a good game console all is forgotten about their past ventures (PC)? So amusing.
    
    I'll jump on any companies case if they do something stupid but I do tend to side with Sony a lot. I'm a graphics artist and I can't help but love how style centric Sony is.

      Well to be perfectly honest I am hardly concerned with anything other than games, I never really used to have any opinion of them.
      
      So graphics artist huh? I am hoping to be a character designer (though I am also looking to coding, I seem better suited to that side of things based on a aptitude test, I still prefer the concept of doing the characters and their animations though), I love computer game characters, I love bonding with them and the Wiimote makes me feel very connect to my character.

  Personally, I find that extreme fanboyism is really ridiclous. It's fine if you like one console more than another. Just don't go on forums and message boards posting "OMFGZ THE PS3 ROXXORS !!1 *bleep* UR360 FAGZ 11!1" because all it does is make you look like an idiot.

  This isn't worth reading at all. Fanboys are fanboys, what else is there? TBH, the only fanboys I ever see are M$ fanboys, but I'm likely not looking hard enough.

      Larry's no fanboy, I think he's got decent reasons for his opinion. And I only remembered jackbergin cause you told me about him. Aside from that, the others don't do it nearly enough to be considered fanboys.
      
      There is nothing 'wrong with me'.I would throw in some sarcasm, but I'm not stupid enough to degrade myself to such a level.

    TBH I never saw the fanboyism in Larry's posts. I saw someone who was explaining in a reasonable and [mostly] calm manner why he chose the console he did. Like I said in the other thread, I think he's just prejudiced against.
    
    I haven't seen jackbergin a lot though. But in my few experiences, I didn't like him at all.

  specially they are all over neogaf,1up,gamefaqs and gamestop forums also blogs like joystiq and kotaku.
  
  im a Sony fanboy not just PS, around 90% of electronics in my house are Sony i can afford them so i only buy the best.
  
  i dont have a problem with fanboys who only like nintendo or xbox, i dont care for xbox or nintendo games the only problem is the typical nintnedo fanbos that are always spaming Sony news or posting anything related anti-Sony, i hate nintendo and xbox but i dont go around looking for netative news about them to post on the forums got more important things to do with my internet time.

  I see a lot less PS3 fanboyism on every site I've ever been to than I do of Ninty and M$. I don't know if it's because we're comfortable with our PS3 or we don't have much to say in response to other fanboys. Who knows; every fanboy has his own reason for being what they are.
  
  Also, one truly is a deranged fanboy when they have "360" written on the back of their head.

    Good thing i dont take what nintendo or microsoft fanboys are saying againts Sony on neogaf forums, they cleary have alot of time on their hands beacuase its the same names that keep spaming the same crap, they are most active on the weekends which makes me think most of them but be fro really small towns with nothing better to do with their lifes.
    
    either way i dont take this seriously,
    you would think with 130 PS2 sold world wide comparing to the 18 million nintendo game cubes sold they would be alot more Sony fans on the internet.
