Mass Effect 2 Secrets Revealed

The Sega Saturn's 13th birthday since it was launched is this month, so IGN thought they'd do a little poll. Apparently, because the Saturn was released way before it's scheduled release date, not as many people bought it resulting in it's demise.
The Saturn's surprise launch celebrates its unlucky thirteenth birthday this month. SEGA's gambit to drum up big hype by debuting the Saturn months earlier than its original due date -- the big E3 shock of 1995 -- ended up being its death blow. And after parsing the results of a poll asking IGN Retro readers whether or not they owned a Saturn, we've determined that you were in fact its death rattle. In spite of games like the Panzer Dragoon series, Virtua Cop, Virtua Fighter 2, and SEGA Rally, the majority of you never cottoned to SEGA's 32-bit entry.
Did you own a SEGA Saturn?
Owned: 31.5%
Did Not Own: 68.5%
Ouch.
It's not too last to reverse course, you know. There are plenty of working Saturns still in circulation. However, some of the better games for the system continue to rise in price, such as Panzer Dragoon Saga and Burning Rangers. And while the Saturn seems to have a limited library, especially compared to the PlayStation, you can snag a cart that unlocks the console for import games. That blows the catalog wide open for Japan-only classics like Radiant Silvergun.
