Infamous Demo Contains Hidden Home Goodies

If you download the Infamous demo from the PSN Store, approximately 7 to 10 days after today the release date, a Cole Home costume will automatically unlock for your Home Avatar.

Several people who have signed up for official PlayStation newsletters have been receiving a newsletter stating that the Infamous demo unlocks a free Cole costume for your Home Avatar, The newsletter itself was not completely clear on how to unlock the costume. The official PlayStation Home forums were being bombarded with threads asking how to unlock the costume.

    Wow, that's pretty awesome! It's a bit annoying how it has to be the specific day, though. The Cole costume looks much better than the Reaper one.

    Do we actually have to download and play the demo or can I just hit confirm then stop the downloading? It takes way too long to get a demo on the PS3, I've stopped bothering for the most part.

      Just download it in the background. Then go about your business while it downloads and you play some games and whatnot, or if you want, let it finish downloading and set the PS3 to shut off once it's finished.
