During the Games Convention 2007, the companies D3 Publishing and Digital Extremes have announced a Dark Sector demo. Although the actual date for the demo is still unknown, it has been confirmed that a Dark Sector Demo is going to hit PSN and Xbox Live this coming fall.

You love demos. We love demos. Companies have slowly but surely started jumping on the playable bandwagon -- someone tell Factor 5 that might have been a good idea for Lair -- and D3 Publishing and Digital Extremes are the latest to toss in with Dark Sector.
At Games Convention 2007, the companies confirmed to 1UP that a Dark Sektor demo is currently in the works for both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live between October and November -- they're still confirming an exact date with Sony and Microsoft.

Soon as we know more, we'll pass it on.

Lets hope it does come fall. But the game is launching in a year? Why so early?

I guess they want to either let people have a taste of the game early or they want to see what people complain about so they can fix it?

Looks cool...wouldn't mind if the demo came out in the fall but if it comes out in a year I don't see the point...extra hype??? I don't know...but cool anyways.
