Whilst all we had to go on before was an image, we had already speculated on the game's release date. Well I have just about 30 minutes ago received an email which confirms the street date for Metal Gear Solid 4, which as we initially though will certainly be 12th June 2008. Belows the email im pretty much it's entireity.

Well those that had at one point hoped that they had made Amazon pay for their mistake in pricing Folklore and Lair at only £14.95 (and that includes me) were unfortunate enough today to be greated with an email in our Inbox.

The gist of the email is simple, Amazon are sorry to inform us that the pricing was incorrectly displayed, and that our orders have effectively been cancelled. *sighs*

As of May 16th 2am PDT Microsoft is offering Aegis Wing for free via the Xbox Arcade. This is a side scrolling space shooter that allows up to 4 players to play together, locally or on Xbox Live.

Anyone who has Xbox Live can qualify to download this for free, even Silver members. This is a 46MB download. To see it go to the Xbox Arcade screen and look for new games.
