NoobFeed.com has the latest on GOG.com. The digital distributor of classic games has brought on Square Enix as a partner and is starting the offer with Deus Ex and Hitman. "Square Enix is taking a stand (literally) against a group of unknown Italian hackers, who the company alleges gained unlawful access to a Deus Ex: Human Revolution preview. According to Patent Arcade, the case was filed on June 22 with the U.S. District Court. Damages in excess of $5000 are said to be what Square Enix is seeking through the case."

Eidos have announced the development of the third iteration of it's seminal Deus Ex series. The series is noted for it's successful incorporation of role-playing, adventure and FPS elements into the one game. Deus Ex, and it's sequel Invisible War have sold well on a variety of platforms, and given Deus Ex's reputation, Eidos looks sure to continue that trend.
