Tasked with one of the hardest things to do in gaming - creating music and sounds for survival horror titles - Silent Hill's Akira Yamaoka recently spoke at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco about the evolution of video game sound and music.
A 35 year old man, known only as "Jan H.", recently caused a blackout at the Sophia Hospital in the Netherlands because he thought he was in a Silent Hill game.
