According to Capcom's latest financial report, the company was disappointed with the sales of Okami (Wii) and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.
However, they were pleased with the "satisfactory" sales of Monster Hunter 3, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite PSP the Best, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, and Mega Man EXE: Operate Shooting Star.
"Capcom have today announced that the official site for Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, coming exclusive to Nintendo DS early next year, is up and running at http://ace-attorney.com. Fans of the series can get the latest info about the game as well as new screens and artwork."

At Captivate 09, Capcom has announced the Western release of Gyakuten Kenji for the Nintendo DS, as Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth. Players will take control of the titular prosecutor in action outside of the courtroom and into the streets. At his side are the mischievious thief Kay Faraday and the ever likable detective Dick Gumshoe, as Edgeworth will solve crimes in "lengthy episodes". It is expected to release this Winter.

Capcom has announced that they will be releasing a limited edition DSi for their upcoming DS title Gyakuten Kenji, which stars everyone's favorite prosecutor, Miles Edgeworth. The Gyakuten Kenji PREMIUM EDITION includes both the special DSi, with the Blue Badger insignia on the front, and the Gyakuten Kenji game. This will retail for 23940 yen, and will release alongside the game, on May 28th in Japan. A release outside of Japan has not yet been announced.
