When 14 copies of Animal Crossing: Wild World were sent out to MTV Multiplayer and Kotaku by Nintendo, they weren't expecting a "strong racial slur" to be repeated during conversations with in-game character Barbara, but that's what happened. Nintendo has issued an apology on the matter, explaining it got in the game via the wireless function. Interesting..wouldn't someone from the company had to have been the source?
