With many questions still to be asked about the Wii U, including price and power, the games that are coming out at launch may have been leaked ahead of shedule. Based on this list, will the Wii U become an initial success for Nintendo?
"CVG has learnt that Rocksteady is recruiting for staff to build brand new DLC for the title - which was released by Square Enix-owned Eidos last year.
(At least, that's how it seems. If the following refers to the Warner Bros-published sequel, then Rocksteady are being very keen beans.)
A message received by CVG today from the studio's UK recruitment agent today read:
'Want to work on DLC for Batman: Arkham Asylum in London? Drop [us] a line.'"
"A BBFC classification for a "Game of the Year" edition of Batman: Arkham Asylum has popped up online, causing quite a stir here at Joystiq HQ. While we all agree that Batman was "a game of the year," the listing offers no clues as to what would be included in a GOTY package. So, allow us to activate detective mode:"
Today Warner Bros. released their supposed 2010 games line-up, including a new Batman game and FEAR 3. Unfortunately that list was quickly taken down, either because it was leaked too early or because it wasn't accurate, so I'll stick this in the 'Rumor' category for now.
In what could be a slip of the tongue on Rocksteady founder Sefton Hill's part, a recent interview with Official Playstation Magazine (issue 38) hints off that the team will be working on another Batman game. It's no question that Batman: Arkham Asylum is a major hit this year, with over two million copies sold within weeks of release, as well as it's highly critical appraise. One can assume a sequel has gotten the green light, but an official confirmation couldn't hurt either, Rocksteady.

But Eidos, ever the helpful fellows that they are, have been offering a way around this embargo. If you dedicate the cover of your mag to Arkham Asylum and guarantee a score of at least 90%, Eidos will allow you to run the review early."
While IMDB isn't the most accurate source of information, the site has a new list of characters that will apparently be appearing in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Go to the source for the list of characters.
Warner Bros won't confirm or deny whether the news is correct, obviously wanting to keep any more characters under wraps for now.
I'll stick this under the "rumor" category :)
GameStop.com posted a page to pre-order the Collector's Edition of Batman: Arkham Asylum. The page listed extras that came with that edition of the game, but took them down soon after. It now says the contents are to be determined.
The list included:
-12" Batarang
-DC Encyclopedia
-Bonus DVD
-Soundtrack
-DLC Pack #1
This also tells us that there will be DLC for the anticipated game, although what was included in the DLC was not revealed.
The Collector's Edition has a price tag o...
