"The extremely popular third-person shooter from Electronic Arts is getting more free content to celebrate the game’s two year anniversary. Battlefield Heroes hit seven million users this March, with figures reaching as high as eight million recorded recently. The game is becoming more popular by the day, and hopes to continue this trend towards the end of 2011."
Battlefield Heroes are holding a Bonus XP Weekend, a code has been posted on their homepage, that gives players an XP boost that last for TWO FULL days, however the code can only be redeemed between Friday 21st 17:00 CEST to Saturday 22nd 23:59 CEST.

Of course, like other multiplayer shooters, changing your avatar’s appearance has no bearing on gameplay. It seems like Eurogamer has the scoop on the latest news on EA's "free" installment of the Battlefield series, Heroes. They state that EA is starting beta testing as of May 6th. All sign ups will be processed over at the official site. The full game has an impending date for Q3 of 2008.
