"Capcom have confirmed that Bionic Commando will swing into retail across PAL territories on May 22nd for both Xbox360 and PLAYSTATION3 following the announcement of a May 19th release in the US."

Looks like the 'Games for Windows' program is getting nine new titles for the year. This released just today from Microsoft.
