"It must be disconcerting to be an XBLA title released the week before a big arcade promotion. Microsoft spend marketing dollars on informing gamers they need to check out all of October’s ‘Game Feast’ titles, while a game like Blade Kitten is dumped onto the service with no fanfare of any kind.
There’s the feeling that Microsoft are getting a few final dregs on the release schedule out of the way before getting to the important games. Although it isn’t a stellar experience, Blade Kitten is..."
"This week we somehow manage to talk about games other than Planet Michael such as Civilization 5, the Dead Space 2 multiplayer beta, Halo Reach, Minecraft, the Gothic 4 demo, and the upcoming World of Warcraft patch.
We also continue our newly changed news format with the whole gang bringing up articles. We stay strong with a user e-mail regarding the hard hitting questions of deep fried Moro Bars. And then Andy forms a BonusEXP Book Club with the help of Oprah, JOIN TODAY!"
"It's the kind of game you would like, they said. Blade Kitten is a futuristic side-scrolling adventure that features catgirls, robots and cell-shaded mayhem. It has all the makings of a cult classic for anyone who was even remotely fond of the feline race. What could go wrong?"

"Within the game you play as Kit Ballard, a bounty hunter and one of the best in the business. Together with her alien sidekick Skiffy and her sword, the Darque Blade, she hunts down rogue mechs and soft targets. Kit becomes the nexus of a tumultuous series of events on the strange planetoid known as HOLLOW WISH."
"Developer Krome Studios won me over, and they didn’t even need a multi-million dollar “conference” to do so.
(A gamer who wants to see some games at a game expo? What a loser!)
Published by Atari, Blade Kitten borrows the best elements from your favorite action-platformers and melds them with the coolest aspects of modern gaming. While incredibly easy to pick up and play, Blade Kitten still packs a hell of a punch with loads of depth one typically wouldn’t expect in a title exclusively ..."
According to the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), the upcoming Playstation Network game, Blade Kitten, is also heading to the Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
"As a PlayStation Network exclusive – by choice, not through a business deal – Krome Studios has high hopes to make the most out of this new intellectual property. Blade Kitten doesn’t take itself too seriously with its tone, but gaming world should know that it’s definitely looking like a prospect for one of the better digital releases of the year."
