Activision has confirmed that there will be a new Call of Duty game coming out before the end of this year in their latest quarterly financial briefing.
If you managed to get your hands on a special edition of Modern Warfare 2, you would have had access to the soon to be released Xbox Live Arcade game, Call of Duty Classic. Essentially an updated port of the original Call of Duty game, how does it fare against Xbox Live Arcade titles? Read on to find out.

"In regards to subsequent titles after MW2, it appears that Treyarch’s next stab at the franchise may center on the Vietnam War with possible espionage missions based on The Cold War era, and I have previously suggested that Future Warfare would be received well, should it be the decided direction when the series inevitably shifts gears again.
But what about the Civil War? Would this be a viable course for the franchise at some point in the future?"
In recent reports you may have read that Infinity Ward were possibly going to become the sole Call of Duty developers. Well Activision today have come out and rubbished these reports and said Treyarch are still going to be producing future Call of Duty games alternately whilst Infinity Ward make theres.
Singleplayer is awesome, sure multiplayer can be good but its that story driven action packed campaign that we hunger for. Here is a list of the top 10 FPS singleplayer games.
