Call of Duty 4 DS Review

SSJ3 Trunks | January 06, 2008 | Reviews | DS  | views: 3329
"The thought of playing Call of Duty on a Nintendo DS brings to mind something akin to watching the Transformers movie on that little screen in the back of the headrest in an airplane's economy class while listening on those crummy headphones. For a series best known for delivering a home theater-like sensory-immersing cinematic experience, even attempting a handheld port -- on the DS no less -- sounds like sheer folly. Gamespot reviews Call of Duty 4

Underated | November 08, 2007 | Reviews | PC Playstation 3  | views: 4002

IGN: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Review

Linkin Park Fan | November 06, 2007 | Reviews | PC Playstation 3  | views: 4147
"They say war is hell. Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare takes you to the very depths of Hades. The long-awaited COD4, IW's follow-up to the excellent Call of Duty 2, is a jarring, intense, and gripping take on war in the new millennia. The enemies are smarter, the weapons are deadlier, and the grenades all too plentiful. COD4 will shake loose your fillings and have you begging for more.

Infinity Ward was born out of the success of retelling some of the greatest battles in Worl..."

Call of Duty 4 only takes a few hours to beat?

tekmosis | October 25, 2007 | Reviews | PC Playstation 3  | views: 4878
UK based magazine OXM UK has already had a chance to play through the single player campaign. On Normal difficulty settings the staff at OXM were able to complete the game in roughly 5 to 6 hours. As disappointing as that sounds from what I played of the demo there is a decent to good amount of replay value. There will always be multiplayer playability as well once you're done with the campaign.

OXM listed off for the game:

The Good:
+ Slick split story is gripping
+ Tremendous battle...
