It's another Monday, and three new games were added to the North American Wii Virtual Console. In a Halloween special, we get a NES game, a TG16 game, and a NeoGeo game.

First off, we have what Europe got two weeks ago, in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. Next is the TurboGrafx16 game Samurai Ghost. Finally, we get what Europe got last week in Magician Lord for the NeoGeo.
