Additionally, Castlevania: Judgment will be coming out the same day.
"It's hard to believe it's been more than 20 years now since the first Castlevania game came out. As I continue to struggle in the final battle of Order of Ecclesia, I think about all the times I've faced off against the various supervillains of Castlevania over the years. My collection of games is nearly complete now, and I've received word that my review copy of Judgment is on its way at last, so it shouldn't be too much longer before I've got the whole library of North American releases in ..."

Joystiq was never fond of Soul Calibur Legends, and they can't believe that Konami is doing almost exactly the same thing to a Castlevania game. Nevertheless, they wrote up a little comparison between the two.
While Soulcalibur Legends unfortunately beats Judgement in the graphics department, they note that the gameplay is better because you don't just get to swing your Wii Mote every which way to win, you have to put at least some effort into it by blocking attacks.

When fans found out Castlevania Judgment was going the fighter route, a lot of fans were disappointed and let down. MTV spoke with Igarashi and found out that he is interested in WiiWare and thinks that WiiWare is a strong point for 2D games. Could we be seeing a traditional Castlevania game on WiiWare soon?
While official E3 news is always exciting, the overheard whispers from company employees is where the juicy info lies. While playing the E3 demo, the guys at Joystiq overheard two Konami employees saying that if anyone laughs at Castlevania Judgement then they "have the power to kick them out".
Ouch, that isn't very nice. I bet Konami didn't want that little whisper overheard by an internet author!
