There are new screenshots for Square Enix's upcoming remake, Chrono Trigger for the Nintendo DS. This batch of screens show the DS specific extras that were added to this version of the game.

For starters, there will be time and space distortions scattered throughout the world that Crono and co. will encounter. Square Enix has unveiled some new screenshots for Chrono Trigger DS in the most current version of the V-Jump magazine. Chrono Trigger was originally released for the SNES, Square Enix then ported the game to the PS1, and it is now being made for the Nintendo DS. Just like the previous versions, Square Enix will be developing and publishing it.
