A bunch of new screenshots, showcasing the beta gameplay with four playable classes, have been revealed for the upcoming action-role-playing game, Diablo III.
A few screenshots, featuring several menus that appear in the game, have been revealed for the upcoming PC exclusive action role-playing title from Blizzard, Diablo III.
A few screenshots were released this week highlighting the great view outside of the Tristam Cathedral. Another screenshot includes a new rare monster, the Treasure Seeker which provides some very nice loot when killed.
"This version of Diablo was scrapped however, with Blizzard deeming it was below their standards. As you'll notice, this discarded version looks a lot more like a gritty dungeon crawler than the current one does, holding better with Diablo's previous entries atmosphere and standards.
While there is still a slim chance of Diablo III launching this year, don't hold your breath. For now, look over a few of the old screenies of the version which didn't make it:"
