GOG.com is having a pretty cool sale from now until July 4th. What's in store for those that are interested? Well how about all 32 of their Interplay games for $2.99 a piece?
It's been kind of weird to see a lack of releases on the Wii and DS the last couple of weeks. Really not much there. Of course, it has also been odd to see the number of new releases on the PS3 and 360 during a time of year that typically doesn't get much in the way of games period. Spring is the new Christmas!
"Well, back in 2006, Shiny Entertainment and Atari announced that they were developing a PSP title of the original Earthworm Jim. Soon after, Atari sold off Shiny Entertainment to Foundation 9, which then merged them with The Collective to form Double Helix Games. Thus, the formerly announced Earthworm Jim PSP was “put on hold” by Atari, even though it was said to be 80 percent complete. So where has the title gone?"
Right on the heels of yesterday's news, a fourth installment in the much-loved Earthworm Jim series has been officially announced. Doesn't look like this one will be cancelled like the PSP version by Atari last year either, as creative consultant TenNapel has also said a feature film and revival of the cartoon (the original of which was also produced by them) is in the works.
