Kicking off our list is Eternal Sonata, a game in which you assume the role of Frederic Chopin. As you might imagine, a game based on such a prolific pianist features a stunning soundtrack. The soundtrack even incorporates some of Chopin’s classic works, such as Polonaise, Op. 53, Étude Op. 10, No. 12, and Étude Op. 10, No. 3. The theme featured is the battle music, which clearly demonstrates the theme of the game."

Media Create's initial top thirty software rankings have made their way to Japanese newssites, and with that there aren't very many surprises. Familiar names are still in the top ten, with some new releases breaking their way into the top ranks.

It took it a while to be announced for the Playstation 3, but it was eventually announced. However since the announcement very little was heard from this game... till now. We have the release date for the game and it is to be added to the list of amazing games to be released in October... that's right it will be released on 21st October 2008

Eternal Sonata was originally a 360 exclusive before coming to the PS3 at a later date, however PS3 RPG fans in the West have been disappointed with the game only being available in Japan.
But there is still hope of it making its ways to Europe, as under close examination of the list of games compatiable with rumble in Europe, Eternal Sonata is present.
As we look back over this year, we see many great anticipated and famous titles, such as Halo 3, Assassin's Creed, BioShock, etc.. But with so many good titles being released (especially in the November-December range), we tend to overlook decent games such as Crush, Overlord, and Fire Pro Wrestling Returns.
Poisonous Pixels runs through 20 titles that are worth checking out, titles that have been blown away by the more famous games due to close release dates or popularity.

Thanks to guys at worthplaying.com we now have 30 new screenshots of Eternal Sonata which is an RPG only coming out on the XBOX 360. The storyline of the game sounds interesting and the screenshots sure do look good.
