Looks like the SDK has really moved things along -- Gamers Hell has posted up a mod pack for Fallout 3 which should offer a little more enjoyment to the game.

"Accurate Sniper Rifles" does the obvious, the "Amplified Crippled Effects" mod causes more serious effects upon crippling an enemy's body part, the "Inebriation" mod adds a drunken effect to consuming alcohol, and the "Better Companions and Caravans" item allows you to equip whatever you like on your party.

Some of you are probably sick of me by now and my bragging about why I love getting the PC versions of some "specific" titles as opposed to the 360, PS3 versions (also have a Wii, but she is collecting dust).

This is why, the mod community I love and adore - it keeps PC games fresh, ensures more updates, and holds the promise of new content always in the works. I for one can't wait for the mod tools so you all get to experience a little adventure I've been testing using the old Oblivion TE...
