Fantasy Zone 2

So, this is weird. Europe gets a grand total of four games this past Friday, and for two of the newer systems to grace the Virtual Console: the Commodore 64 and the Sega Master System.

First game up on the docket is the fan-favorite cute-em-up, Fantasy Zone, for the Sega Master System. It is one of the more celebrated games for the system, lauded by many. The game's controllable character, the sentient spaceship Opa-Opa has made cameo appearances in other games and media.

Whenever NA gets a pretty good release week, Japan seems to do it one better. The region gets four games to their Virtual Console, and just about all the games have their good qualities, including some that I would want to purchase.
