The game Fatal Inertia EX has been delayed a few times in the past, but now it has been announced that it will be released on June 19th in America. The game is a Futuristic racer that has already been released as a 360 version, and they are thinking of what they could do to make it better. They decided to strengthen its online community.

The game is already released in Japan.

"Rather than burning the bits to a retail disc, however, Koei will be releasing Fatal Inertia EX exclusively over the PlayStation Network come the end of May.

Fatal Inertia EX will feature an additional, exclusive environment not seen in the original 360 release, dubbed Proving Grounds. This environment will be home to the game's eight new tracks.

KOEI have announced that they plan for the title release of Fatal Inertia which will hit the shops in 2008 for the Playstation 3 will be of a better quality then the Xbox 360 version they have already released. Areas in which they are trying to improve for the PS3 game are the graphical quality and flow of the game through frame rate which the Xbox 360 has issues with and they are also considering to add new features towards the title.

"The PS3 version of Fatal Intertia has been delayed due to "difficulties" with the Unreal Engine's performance on the Sony hardware. The game was originally designed specifically for the system, yet is deemed to be "not running well enough" according to a Koei representative. The Xbox 360 version is to be released ahead of it, as delaying it further while the PS3 version is fixed wasn't deemed necessary.
