"Square Enix Europe has announced that Final Fantasy XIII has officially become the fastest selling title in the Final Fantasy franchise history in the UK, and also the fastest selling UK game of 2010 so far, according to GFK Chart-track. The news comes on the heels of the announcement last week that the sell-in shipment of the game has exceeded the five million unit milestone worldwide."

Square Enix today announced their lineup for GamesCon taking place from August 19th through to August 23rd. This is the first time Square Enix and Eidos will be showcasing their diverse range of games together.
