"PushStartSelect: "I have owned an Xperia Play for some time now and have wondered when Sony will send the promised support our way since day one. Of course you may have read our article on how Verizon is holding things back, but Sony is stepping up in a major way soon.""

The PlayStation Store is offering the PS3 version of flOw for free until 9 PM PST Feb 13 to US/Canadaian accounts. This doesn't include the expansion, but it's free, so go get it now!

Its probably been a while since you launched flOw, well now you do. The game was one of the first arcade games to be released on PSN so it never had trophies. But ThatGameCompany now have given you a reason to get back into the simple life. A trophy patch has been released, but sadly only available for NA.

You probably have read the recent story about a company which was accused of stealing flOw and developing it for the iPhone as a new game. Well the controversy is over now. The Devalopers have updated everything giving credit to flOw and Jenova Chen, the original creator for flOw.

In an unprecedented move, an iPhone developer has stolen a popular title for the PC, PSP, and PC known as flOw. The copycat game, known as Aquatica, rips off every possible aspect of flOw, and the developers of Aqautica deny any wrongdoing whatsoever.

"Wait we still IN 2008?

The Christmas episode of Sony’s Pulse has given us the lowdown on which of the raft of games available on the PlayStation Network sold best in the last twelve months. Quite surprisingly - given the nature of the game - PAIN takes the number one spot, with the likes of the confusing flOw and the bizarrely-named High Stakes Poker Edition helping to fill out the rest of the places.

Strangely theres no mention of WipEout HD or PixelJunk Eden, but they could be slow-bu..."

"What is your process like, at thatgamecompany? From concepts, do you then do prototyping?

JC: Yeah, this is technically the first original IP for thatgamecompany, because when we first started working on flOw, the game was already there, you know? Like the Flash game, the design, the artistic style, it's all there. So the first project we did was more like, we needed to learn how to use PS3, and we need to buff up the look and the sound to make it look like a PS3 game.

So Flower is th..."

Peter Dille, Senior Vice President of marketing at Sony, and the guy in charge of the PSN has posted a blog post on the official US Playstation blog. In it, he discusses how this year will lead to massive expansions in terms of the PSN's service.

According to him, the three major goals for the year are to provide the best free online gaming possible, providing 'digital media download services', and providing 'original content'.

The two major things that he revealed though, are that a d...

"Yesterday on the Playstation Blog, SuperVillain Studios (who are doing the port for thatgamecompany) confirmed that flOw is indeed coming to the PSP, and that it’ll be released March 6th through the Playstation Store PC site. This updated version of the game will feature multiplayer via ad-hoc. Pricing details are currently unknown.

I bought flOw when it came out on the PS3 and found it to be relaxing and fun, something to play in between my usual, more action-packed games. I’ve been mea..."

FlOwer made its debut at TGS this year. The game is being created by the same developers that made flOw for PSN. When the trailer appeared, which can be seen here, it didn't show much. But now the Dev's speak out saying that the game has a lot to do with music much like flow was. Also it involves growing flOwers. But no word on how it is done. The game is set to release in 2008.
