In September 2009 we did a preliminary comparison on arguably the 2 biggest racing games of this generation. Now, with Sony's Gran Turismo 5 finally released, we revisit the battle between Forza 3 and GT5 to see how they stack up against each other in our definitive comparison.
Forza Motorsport 3 is still fresh in our minds, but Microsoft already has the pedal to the medal, as the company announced Forza Motorsport 4 at tonight's Spike Video Game Awards! Race on, race fans!
Gran Turismo 5 has finally arrived for PS3 owners, but some racing purists are still convinced that it doesn't belong in the upper tiers of racing games. Here's an interesting list of five racing games that some would argue are actually better.

The senior vice president over at EA Games Europe, Patrick Soderlund, had some tough things to say about the competition. While he actually enjoyed Split/Second, he felt that Blur was "completely underwhelming."

Forza 3 is big news for gaming racing fans around the world. So when news pops up, people get in a flurry.
With E3 around the corner, and the high likelihood that the game will be officially confirmed 99.9% assured, then the news that it will also contain the excellent track that holds the 24 Hour Le Mans is just cream on the cake.

A little mistake on the part of RABCAT's web site shows that they are definitely working on 3D content for Test Drive Unlimited 2, and a little hint also shows that they could be working on stuff for Forza Motorsport 3 as well.
