Some say the PSP is failure compared to the DS. Would a failure have sold over 71 million consoles worldwide? Would a failure have some of the best handheld RPGS a gamer could get? The PSP is still one of the better portable media and region free gaming devices on the market and best of all, its so affordable.
Several pack shots have been revealed for the God of War Complete Collection (previously known as the God of War: Master Collection) on Playstation 3.
Online retailer, Play.com, has revealed what appears to be the official European box art for the upcoming Playstation 3 exclusive compilation, God of War: Origins Collection (also known as God Of War: Collection - Volume 2).
"Sometimes game companies just like disappointing everyone they can; apparently the God of War Master Collection will only be available in Germany. Take a moment to let the bitter disappointment just sink in to your heart. The God of War Master Collection includes the entire trilogy plus the two PSP games re-mastered in HD."
According to Amazon Germany, there is another God of War collection headed to retailers - and it's a big one that includes every entry in the series to date.
Newegg is offering a pretty good pre-order discount for the upcoming Playstation 3 compilation, God of War: Origins Collection, which contains re-mastered ports of God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta.
Amazon has revealed a brand new screenshot, the temporary box art in addition to the price of the recently-announced Playstation 3 compilation, God of War: Origins Collection.

"Sony Computer Entertainment America and high-profile game designer David Jaffe have been sued in U.S. District Court in California for alleged copyright infringment involving the best-selling God of War series, GamePolitics has learned.
The suit was filed in late February by Jonathan Bissoon-Dath and Jennifer Barrette-Herzog, both of Davis, California. SCEA and Jaffe filed responses with the Court on August 29th.

Mario Kart Wii has snatched the lead from the Wii Fit game, the Wii Play bundle is still selling steadily in third, followed by the oh-so-popular Super Smash Bros. Brawl and SingStar Amped.

With a little post on their official website and after God of Wars: Chains of Olympus went Gold in Japan, Ready at Dawn has announced that they are done developing for the PSP. As many people that have already picked up God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PSP have seen, the back cover of the manual contains a message that mentions God of War 3 coming soon. PSU is now saying that Gamestop and EBGames will start accepting preorders for the game starting TOMORROW!

Pretty good for the Chains of Olympus Prequel to God of War 1 where Kratos is serving the gods for 10 years.
The wait is finally over, Chains of Olympus has gone gold. Now every God of War fan will be excited and eager to get their hand on the most highly anticipated PSP game to release this year.

This week. we covered a gamut of topics. We first talked a bit about our Wii Giveaway. Then we got into the banhammer that was dropped on Halo 3 Epsilon players and the 24 hour ban dropped on Call of Duty 4 beta fans. Recent news told you that God of War: Chains of Olympus was not going to be arriving to the Playstation Portable until early 2008 but now they have given you a more in depth date on it. March 4th 2008 will be when it is arriving as long as you live in the US that is, as the European release date has not been stated yet and is still down as early 2008 as you would expect.

This is so insane, that you can't even imagine it. Morpheon Mods have created a custom PSP that has been airbrushed metallic bronze and then it was tarnished to give it a worn and old sort of look. There are hand-sculpted symbols that have been copper-leafed onto the PSP and there are even real chains that edge the system. Even the buttons were removed to be replaced with copper ones.
