In a recent interview for UGDB the Game Director of God of War III Stig Asmussen said: "I don't know is we are even close to 50% of PlayStation 3's power at this point."

GamePro talks with God Of War 3's game director Stig Asmussen. They discuss many things such as developing for the ps3, to the amount of gore that can be found in the game. They also discuss mutliplayer and possible chances for DLC. How do you give a game like God Of War DLC? You add challenge rooms, much like what was found on the PS2. But don't take this as an official confirmation, its just ideas floating around Santa Monica.
Stig Asmussen, a dev working on GOW3 has spoken out about EA's new game Dante's Inferno. He hopes that the game is a threat to God Of War 3 because he wants to see more great games of the same genre. He also said that Ex members that worked on previous God Of War games are currently working on Dante's Inferno and he hopes they build a great from great literature.
