"Even with the temporary absence of David the podcast stays strong with healthy discussions of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Dead Nation, Greed Corp, Halo Reach Noble Map Pack, Bad Company 2, and more.
We also answer the latter half of Ryan's emailed in questions, lament the unexciting news about the Uncharted movie, and hate on some bad movies."
An extremely balanced board game experience for your Xbox 360, PS3, or PC, Greed Corp is a breath of fresh air in an underrepresented genre. Icrontic's CB Droege takes a look at this interesting game.
"As a turn-based strategy game, Greed Corp has been well devised as an invitation to W!Games’ new fictional universe, allowing players to recognise the warring of factions over resources as a preliminary basis for deeper stories. Along with this concept comes another rule of the universe that has a great impact on the gameplay – that of the grand earthquakes. As the game progresses, the player’s resource mining will cause the land to collapse underneath structures and troops, adding an additio..."
"Theoretically, Greed Corp is perfect. Realistically, Greed Corp is 25% fun, 25% luck, and 50% frustration. This is an average game that just needed a little bit more polishing to be an amazing title. Thinkers and problem solvers will have fun with Greed Corp, though wits may not always help in an often unpredictable game."
"Do a search of W! Games’ IP Mistbound. You won't find any Wikipedia entries or other evidence suggesting that such a game exists. So what is it, exactly?
Mistbound isn't a game but a virtual platform of sorts, created by developer W! Games. Greed Corp is the first of a series situated in this gorgeous universe inspired by industrial revolutions in the 19th century, possessing a softcore steampunk aesthetic.
Mistbound itself was once a pristine world now torn asunder by war among its in..."

As one of four warring factions your aim is territorial domination, but at what cost? Can you find the delicate balance between harvesting the land for resources and preserving it to stay alive? Will you defend your territory or sacrifice it to keep it out of enemy hands?"

Preservationists in a world ravaged by rampant industrialization, they are the Freemen, the second of the four factions from the innovative Turn-Based Strategy game Greed Corp from W!Games, releasing on PlayStation Network, Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 and PC in early 2010."

PlayStation LifeStyle has conducted an interview with Nikki Kuppens, Game Designer at W!Games to talk about the game, and find out some background on the Dutch Developer.
W!Games has just announced their second title, due out for the PlayStation Network at the end of September. Taking a step away from their previous My Horse and Me game, this one will focus on, you guessed it, greedy corporations.
The gameplay appears to take an atypical turn-based strategy approach, with you playing one of four corporations fighting against the others in controlling the last of the world's resources -- online-play allowing 2-4 players is a main feature.
