But despite his absence, the Chief still isn’t one to go down so easily. 343 has learned what works, both in its competitor’s titles and in previous Halo games, and has used that knowledge to create wha..."

"It’s often been thought that exclusive titles are what define a console, the kind of experiences it offers that aren’t available anywhere else. While the quantity of videogame releases has continuously increased by dramatic numbers of the past decade, those which remain exclusive to their host format have become considerably fewer. Whatever the reason for this may be, of all the exclusive titles released in 2012 Halo 4 is arguably the biggest; both in terms of anticipation and social acceptan..."
"In a ground-breaking world first, Microsoft Studios’ Xbox has become the only brand to ever transform the Principality of Liechtenstein by taking over some of the country’s most iconic landmarks, including a 13th century castle and a working mine, to create a real-life replica of the Halo universe within the heart of Europe to mark the launch of Halo 4. For one day only, the mountainous landscapes of the normally tranquil Liechtenstein countryside became a stage for an epic sci-fi saga as Xbo..."

Players now have a small box in their HUD that fills up with kills, and will offer the player a drop that contains one boost, whether weapon or ability. Players can steal these if you aren’t careful. Despite insisting that the Xbox 360 moved from being the best selling console in North America to the best selling console worldwide in the last year, it’s clear that such momentum cannot be sustained forever, and as such Microsoft Studios need to wage war on all fronts."
