"The grand adventure that is Fable has never really turned out to be that grand at all. Three games into the series and I’m still waiting for the RPG experience of a lifetime Peter Molyneux keeps promising me. Maybe he should stop posing for Turtleneck Monthly every chance he gets and check in on the development of his series."
Wouldn’t it be great if you could play halo wars with your Kinect? Just imagine the idea of giving out commands to your troops in a game and having them respond. Check out the full article to hear what Halo Godfather, Frank O'Connor said of the possibilities. Cheers!
In the fourth installment of their five-part series "Gamer terminology," Examiner looks at some of the terms which are commonly used by real-time strategy players online. Knowing these phrases can help you tremendously in team-based games where your partner may be trying to communicate an important strategy to you.
Finding the perfect gift for a gamer can be difficult, especially if you are trying to find it at the last minute. After all, there is nothing worse than getting a duplicate of a video game you already have! Here is a list of some less widespread and older games that would be perfect for Xbox 360 owners to help prevent that from happening.
"Not all achievements are created equal, however. Some, or maybe I should even say MOST, are pretty easy to complete. I mean, upon release, Microsoft allows developers to include a variable number (typically around fifty) of achievements for a total gamerscore of 1000 points, so a large percentage of achievements are awarded for beating campaign chapters on any difficulty or for performing tasks that must be completed in order to complete a game. That’s not to say that all chapter-completion s..."
The Halo series is one of the best series franchise that was ever created, and it is one of the most hyped title. The series started with Halo: Combat Evolved and the latest is Halo Reach, no wonder why this series has this much of popularity, it all started from the very first killer app. The series has an overall natural feeling of epicness for the fans, the answer to the question is the fan. Without the existence of the loyal Halo fan, it wouldn't be that popular.
The game has a story t...
"Let's take step back: it is now November 2001. The internet still isn't big, broadband is a pushing innovation, and that brand new "Xbox" launched from Microsoft. But what did that big, ugly system have that made anyone want it? The PS2 install base was already huge, and Gamecube had launched 3 days before it, setting it at a bad starting point ($300 for a gaming console was quite ridiculous at that time). But something strange happened. Word started getting around of a game on the Xbox that ..."
"Halo Wars brings players back to the early years of the conflict and throws them into the frying pan with the rest of civilization. Though the explosive conclusion in Halo 3 with the Master Chief is exciting and fulfilling, this is by far one of the greatest struggles ever expressed in a video game."
Xbox Evolved posts a new video about the new Red versus Blue epispode created by Rooster Teeth Productions using the Halo series in this Machinima creation.
"Both Sony and Microsoft could learn a little something from Nintendo and how they handle their major franchises and mascots. Microsoft has milked the Halo franchise to the point that the original developer can’t stand the idea of making another one. Sony on the other hand has pushed the God of War franchise a bit too much (six releases, with a seventh coming in Ghost of Sparta in under five years), but hasn’t sacrificed quality for quantity as fans of the series and critics alike both rave ab..."
"Halo is one of those game franchises that, like the Mario and Zelda before it, really doesn't need an introduction. The first game in the series was released in 2001, as a launch title for the original Xbox. Since then, the series has gone to spawn numerous sequels and spinoffs, including the upcoming Halo: Reach. To celebrate this anticipated event, here are some little known facts about the franchise that redefined online console gaming, and made dual wielding guns feel totally new even tho..."
"Guinness World Records revealed its reader-voted list of the "Top 50 Videogame Series" of all time, with Bungie's flagship franchise Halo taking the number one spot. The company, which tracks and recognizes record-breaking achievements, notes that the series is the "Best-Selling First-Person Shooter (FPS) Franchise Ever", too."
All Age Gaming's John Elliott brings us the 5th developer profile. This fortnight he looks at renowned Halo series developer BUNGIE. See inside for a look into the famous Xbox developer.
"Because of the release of the Halo: Reach Beta, we’ve decided to make a little review of the huge Halo series. It is time, as Halo: Reach marks the conclusion of a grand series, to consider what the franchise created and developed in order to understand its future."
"The Halo franchise on the original Xbox and Xbox 360 is one of the biggest in gaming. It covers not only the successful trilogy of games and two side games (Halo Wars and Halo 3: ODST) but also books, toys, board games, slurpees, animated movies, live-action commercials, and almost a full live-action movie. So where does Bungie take the next project? "Even bigger and better" according to design director Joe Stanten."
"When it comes to games, this generation of home consoles hasn't seen nearly as many exclusive as systems in the past did. But both Sony and Microsoft have done quite well at securing a few great exclusives each. And of course we're running down the sexiest female characters to appear in those titles. We did a list of the top five sexiest female characters to appear in Playstation 3 exclusives last week and we have to show the same respect to the women of the Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 made it pre..."
"Microsoft has dropped the ball in so many instances now that it may be completely impossible to recover. Fans of the mega-company's gaming hardware have to face some facts at this point when it comes to the franchises that Microsoft had used to establish the Xbox brand in the first place. They're gone."
"This just popped in from IGN – the source of all reliable gaming news on the net.
We’ve been wondering what the hell has been happening with this, was it dead, would it be made, could it be made, why would it be made, and now our worst fears have been realized, they ‘are’ making a movie about our beloved game franchise.
I certainly hope that they can do it justice . .
You’ll have to check it out though, I’m a bit iffy on it though, while it is early work, I suppose it does show some ..."

"If ever a gaming genre has become a lightning rod for brow-knotting aphorisms, it’s real-time strategy. Conventional wisdom dictates that RTS has failed to crack the console market in this or any other generation, despite repeated attempts from talented teams, and its native PC home has been relentlessly attacked by pirates in recent years. It’s a two-pronged assault to which even the biggest names in games have apparently no answer, say the worriers."

"We all know how big a nerd Marc Ecko is; he says it himself all the time. In fact he loves video games so much he helped produce his own game called Marc Ecko’s Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure. It was released three years ago and received decent reviews. His love for video games doesn’t stop there; today Ecko has released a Limited Edition line of Halo T-shirts."

Blend Games recently spoke with Sobolov, whose voice is being featured in a new iTunes application called iMEvil."
All Age Gaming's newest team member and reviewer Luke Slater shares with us his thoughts on Halo Wars for the Xbox 360. Halo Wars is the first Halo game that is not a FPS.
"In the interest of full disclosure (and to prove that I'm not trying to be a total d-bag), I will point out at this time that I am not a fan of RTS games. I know they have their place, and I respect people who put lots of time in, mining for gold and building their armies to take over the virtual world. Hey, you're still playing a video game, so it can't be all bad, right? Well, they're just not for me. When someone hands me Halo, I want to pick up a gun with the Master Chief's hands (or Arbi..."

Though Bungie has long since departed from Microsoft, the makers of the Xbox 360 have no intention of letting one of the biggest gaming franchises ever go to waste. During the weekend, Microsoft dropped a hint about the future of the Halo series and franchise, by way of a job listing on their website. Calling it an "immersive new world", it's evident Microsoft plans to further the franchise past FPS and RTS and give us a taste of a Massively Multiplayer Online Halo game.
This week Yahtzee takes a look at the new RTS to hit the Xbox360 which revolves around the Halo universe, this of course is Halo Wars!
Expect typical Yahtzee humor and craziness to occur.
"For almost a decade, Halo developer Bungie Studios has been perfecting the First Person Shooting genre. Ensemble Studios was then charged with the daunting task of creating a Halo Real Time Strategy that worked on consoles and create a story without the Master Chief. Well known for the Age of Empires series on PC, Ensemble is one of the best RTS developers around. Halo games are all about bursts of action and the game is always moving forward. Ensemblehas taken this formula nearly perfected b..."
""The major goal I had for the music of this game was to make players feel like they're in the same universe as the previous Halo titles, while at the same time pushing those edges out a little bit," says Rippy. "The tougher part was trying to nail that original sound, so with that in mind, I listened to the Halo soundtracks quite a bit before I started writing. In the end, I think there's a pretty good balance hopefully fans of the previous work will agree!""
OXCGN takes a look at Halo Wars Multiplayer in its part two of the series.
Was Halo Wars all it was cracked up to be? Did it deliver the best experience, or could it have done more?
These questions and ideas in the article, and OXCGN wants your honest and sincere thoughts on the matter. No Fanbois welcome, so leave those hats at the door please.
OXCGN writer takes a look at what could be wrong with Halo Wars. In a two part series, he first looks at the Single player side of the game and in Part Two, will discuss the Multiplayer aspects.
Looking at the history of the game and how it could lead to a different perception of Master Chief as a not-so-nice-guy. The Spartans were not made to save the world, but to .....

"Presumably in anticipation of the Resident Evil 5 Console Bundle due to arrive next Friday, GAME have reduced the price of their Xbox360 Elite Consoles by more than 13%."
Recently Microsoft and Bungie touted the milestone one-billionth game played on Halo 3's online component. Even more recently, talk is up about Halo 3:ODST, and what the plot is concerning the game. However, what is most prevalent is mentions of Master Chief's return to the Halo series once more. As is seen in the last paragraph, Halo franchise development director Frank O'Connor clearly teases that Halo 4 has a strong possibility of showing up.
This week I give 368 out of 52 GameGreps multiplied by ∞ divided by P(R)!
PC gamers can get their hands on Empire: Total War and/or 2K Sports' latest game in the baseball field (as can just about everyone else for the latter), PS3 owners see Tom Clancy's HAWX, Xbox 360 welcomes Halo Wars, and Phantasy Star Portable arrives on Sony's handheld.
"Halo Wars takes place 20 years before the events that unfolded in Halo: Combat Evolved. Things were very different then; it was a time when units of Spartan soldiers marched out on to the battle field. Halo Wars broadens the story of Halo far beyond the FPS games and books. No doubt we will see a new spin-off franchise in the way of Halo Wars."
"Halo Wars has to be one of the most hyped games of 2009, and many gamers already made up their minds that this was a must-buy following the demo on Xbox LIVE. We take a look now at the Halo RTS in its entirety to reevaluate and nitpick at all its strengths and shortcomings. As Ensemble Studios' final hurrah, what sort of impression will Halo Wars leave behind? Ensemble set out to "make an RTS game that a Halo fan would enjoy," so have they succeeded?"
"The topic of gaming publication bias is all the rage right now. From one forum board or comment section to the next, its easy to point out gamers claiming that a site is biased against a particular console/game all because nice things werent said in a review, or the author reported on news findings that rendered unfavorable results. But is this really true?"

"Bungie has owned the console sci-fi shooter market with the Halo franchise over the years. It was only a matter of time before Microsoft would spin the series off with new games. For the first time the series has been given over to another developer with Ensemble Studios Halo Wars, a real time strategy game that finally delivers solid RTS controls on the console. Despite some problems that are inherent with using a gamepad for an RTS, Ensemble has delivered a distinctly Halo-esque feel to th..."
GamingShogun reviews Ensemble Studios' last gaming effort, Halo Wars. The give the game high marks on overall fun, cutscenes, and story but also warn that the game features a couple missions sure to make you want to rip your hair out in frustration. For those of you who do not know, Halo Wars is a real-time strategy game set in the Halo universe, specifically, twenty years before the events of Halo the video game.
"So here we are. Halo Wars marks the series first real expansion outside of first person shooter, whilst films and other projects have been penned for this generations biggest franchise, Halo Wars is the first move into new territories and it is a move we might have anticipated but also been sceptic about at a first glance. Thankfully the franchise has been left in the good hands of Ensemble Studios who have more than proved themselves with the Age of Empire series but can Halo successfully m..."
"Fundamentally Real Time Strategy Games (RTSs) dont work best on a console mainly due to the constraints of the controller. While on the PC it would take a mere few seconds to do most things, on a console it could take double or sometimes triple the time. In the world of an RTS, this delay means defeat.
Why? Because your opponent has most likely already created an army, techd up his units and has a sturdy base defence that would take a while to get through. In Halo Wars this is absolute..."
"So, when you've got a new computer game to plug what do you? Easy, you trawl the UK to find UK's hottest female Halo fan.
And after a rather vague selection process which just might have involved wandering round a few modelling agencies, Xbox decided on 25-year-old Amanda Johnstone from South London, a girl who likes nothing more than 'being snuggled up in bed with her Xbox controller, playing Halo to help take her away from her daily stresses.' Halo duvet cover and pillow case set natural..."

"Could Halo Wars finally be the game to bring great RTS gaming to the consoles? Hopes have been pinned on the world Bungie built, and with revered RTS developer Ensemble at the helm there has been a quiet longing that this would be the one. The answer, it turns out, is a qualified yes."
"There are endless discussions on gaming forums, op-ed articles posted on blogs and websites, and a general discourse about how to properly review a game. These people never shut up about appropriate etiquette and what makes a good review. Recently Stephen Totillo, of MTV Multiplayer, posted up a portion of his participation in Shawn Elliots Game Reviews Symposium where he compares game reviews to book, TV, and movie reviews. He makes the very valid point that game reviewers and gamers are co..."

Ever wonder what Neoseeker does OTHER than keeping GameGrep running? Yes, there's more to Neoseeker than GameGrep and NeoBlogs! Most recently, Adrian Estergaard talked with Ensemble Studios' David Pottinger, asking about what fans can expect with the new Halo RTS title, Halo Wars. Check out the exclusive interview below.
Just in time for the Halo Wars demo, too. February 5 on Xbox LIVE, be there!
"If theres one thing you dont want to do when designing a game from the ground-up that also happens to be based on a popular franchise is screw it up. So Ensemble Studios, while it may be their last venture as a development team, is ensuring that Halo Wars is as true and unique to the franchise as the original Combat Evolved."

Choosing just 10 games was (just as it happened with all the other platforms) pretty tough, but the list below should reflect the best of the best!"
"With under a month before Halo Wars hits shelves all around the world many are hanging out to try the demo before considering buying the game. Normally anything with Halo on it would be a given to sell well, but with Halo Wars there is a sense of cautiousness from the gaming public.
This is because Halo Wars isnt a first person shooter (FPS) like previous Halo games, its a Real Time Strategy (RTS) game. Gamers know the RTS genres reputation on consoles. Very few have ever worked much ..."
The first video document about highly anticipated console RTS game Halo Wars goes "behind the scenes" and shows the techniques of battles and new "strategic" direction of the franchise
Microsoft recently announced that Halo Wars has gone gold. With that news the company released some screenshots of the demo gameplay, which will be available on Xbox Live February 5th. The screenshots aren't bad, but you can easily spot the graphical flaws of the game given how clear they are.

The Falcon chip was meant to completely eliminate the overheating issues in the Xbox 360. But while the amount of cases has receded CES 09 still demonstrated the problem is far from over. One reporter claims that while playing Halo Wars the machine gave out him. It did not reach a full RROD but still managed a 2 light error.
"During Microsoft's keynote at CES 09, Robbie Bach, President of Entertainment & Devices Division, announced that Halo Wars will hit stores on February 28th, a full week earlier than expected. Apparently he misspoke. It is true that a demo is coming out, though.
The game is still set to hit stores on the original release date of March 3rd. To clear up any other confusion about the release, a spokesperson for Edelman, Microsoft's PR company, just sent over the global release schedule for th..."

The metacritic fanboy war continues. Some time ago, Resistance 2 scores were lowered by 360 fanboys. And then the same has happened to KillZone 2. To get revenge on these 360 fanboys, a large number of PS3 fanboys have got together to lower the score of Halo Wars. They have succeeded, and the score of Halo Wars now resides at 0.8 out of 10.
"Desirai and John are big-time "Halo" players. She games under the name SickNDeHead. He plays as PsychoVandal. They met when she lived in New York and he was in Florida. "As we stare into the infinity of space surrounding us, we cant help but wonder: if as experts say - there are indeed infinite dimensions, representing an infinite number of alternate realities, are the UNSC Spartans actually fighting the Covenant right now in some distant, intangible universe? Then it dawns on us that were actually sitting in a planetarium gazing up at planets and stars that are being projected onto the domed ceiling in order to promote the atmospheric outer space vibe fo..."
Along with brand new screenshots and the idea that it cannot be brought to the PC, Joystiq got to sit down and try out the first three levels as well as a skirmish mode in Halo Wars. They say everything needed to be said and more after the jump.

"Shortly after learning that the Flood would be making an appearance in Halo Wars, we were whisked away to a meeting with Ensemble's Graeme Divine where we immediately asked: "Is the Flood a playable race?" As quickly as we asked it, we were answered: no. With an emphasis on the story-driven single-player campaign, Divine told us that the multiplayer component would only include the UNSC and Covenant forces, as already revealed, and the campaign would only be playable as the UNSC, not the Cove..."
For those who don't know, the Large Hadron Collider is a proton accelerator which scientists hope will help them discover just what exactly happened after the Big Bang occured.
But it seems that the scientists behind the Collider have grown sick of people misplacing their d's and r's and so decided to hold a poll for the public to vote for a new, catchier name. Today the results of said poll were announced and the new name is; "Halo".
Ensemble, the world renowned developers behind the hit series Age of Empires. Will be dissolved by Microsoft on the completion of their current project. Halo Wars. While most of the employees will be forming a new development house the loss of a very old and skilled studio truly is sad.

Another alleged videogame related death. This time involving the popular Xbox shooter Halo. 11 year old Johnson Creek boy Nimm was apparently a big fan of Halo, even taking a liking to firearms after playing the futuristic FPS. While at home skipping school Nimm was apparently trying to imitate moves from the game with his .22 caliber rifle (a common pastime for the child). However he did not obviously grasp that a round could still be loaded in the chamber even when the magazine ejected and ...
"Bungie is one of the most talented studios out there, constantly living up to the hype with the Halo games. Whatever they make, whatever is going to be announced or shown, whether its new footage of Halo Wars, the revelation of Peter Jacksons new Halo trilogy, all of which are games that Bungie has a hand in, or something completely new, theres no denying one thing: Whatever Bungie does is going to be massive, whether its a new Halo or something new, or even more than one reveal."

In an interview shot for MTV News on Tuesday, Microsofts head of Xbox business Don Mattrick, confirmed to me that Bungie is indeed working on a new Halo game of some sort for Microsoft.

What do you need to become Halo's iconic Master Chief? Well unless you work within NASA, some card, resin, fibreglass and a lot of time on your hands!
Whilst searching for an original fancy dress costume for my university's annual Summer Ball I stumbled across 405th.com. Here is the epicenter of everything related to amateur armour construction and a collection of Halo fans determined to don the Chief's shiny green helmet for themselves. Have a look at the pictures attached to see my own e...
Halo Wars is certainly starting to gather interest as it takes form, and the latest issue of Gamepro adds some new tidbits of information to add to the pile.
Basically the game is going to be fast, real fast. In fact the developers say you can be in combat within 10 seconds of starting the game (though this is likely a exaggeration) and a list of units confirmed so far is also included.
"Interesting. Halo fans rejoice! According to GamePro's website, the July issue of GamePro outlines some juicy delicious Halo treats: new details, information, and screenshots for the upcoming title, Halo Wars. Feast your eyes on all the exclusive new Halo Wars' details that you can! Certainly we're as ashtonished by 'em as you are, but we're even quite inquisitive to hear about Halo Chronicles. Yup, check the cover again. As some of you might know, the title is one of the working and rumored ..."
Six publishers showcased more than 40 new titles for Microsofts Xbox 360 in San Fransisco and Los Angeles, Gears of War 2 being in the presentation, as well as Fable 2.
However, Halo Wars, a real-time strategy game said to have been released late 2008 had not been confirmed, which means Gears 2 will be the biggest Xbox 360 game this year.
"UPDATE: Microsoft just contacted MTV Multiplayer with an official statement, confirming the prospective hires will work on Peter Jacksons Halo project.
A Peter Jackson-helmed Halo project was announced at X06 in Barcelona, said a Microsoft spokesperson. Since then, Microsoft Game Studios has been hard at work collaborating with Peter Jackson and Bungie on the development of that project. At this time, its necessary to grow the internal team to keep pace with development. Bungie will..."
Maybe your a little jealous to hear this, yes? Well two gamers have been spotted playing a game called Sway on their gamertags. Before you go off wondering what "Sway " is, the status message of one of the lucky, lucky GamerTags pretty much gave it away that it's a code name of sorts for the Halo Wars Alpha on Xbox Live.

You can choose to believe the screenshots or not, but if it is true, maybe this means a beta version of the game is on the way.
"Yes, just when you thought you were the ultimate Halo geek, just when you thought there was nothing else that Bungie could whore its first-person behemoth onto, up prances Germanys favourite three-striped sporting brand with a truly, truly hideous addition to the growing catalogue of Halo merchandise disasters.
A picture is worth a thousand words and, in this case, if we were pushed to submit a thousand-word news article then the vast majority of them would begin with f and end with uc..."
"Microsoft has insisted that its forthcoming Halo Wars game is being developed exclusively for the Xbox 360.
Recent rumours have suggested that the real-time strategy game will also be available for PC users when it is released later this year.
However, a spokesperson told IGN: "Halo Wars is being developed from the bottom up for the Xbox 360 and its control scheme to ensure that we deliver a groundbreaking console RTS experience.
"Given that, we have no plans to develop Halo Wars f..."
"And if a report on the gaming web site Angry Pixel is to be believed, the final game will support cross-platform play between the Xbox 360 and PC versions. Yep, we know - a PC version of Halo Wars hasn't even been announced yet. We'll let Angry Pixel explain:
"Halo Wars, touted as an Xbox 360 exclusive, is also apparently in development for the PC. But that's not all - apparently the game will also feature cross-platform play, a la UNO and Shadowrun, between gamers on the Microsoft console..."
""I think weve got magic in the disc," enthused lead designer Graeme Devine. "We've worked on the controls, gameplay, and story for this game being very much aware of what has gone before us. I was down in playtest yesterday and actually did not get to sit down and play because folks were spending their lunches playing the game. I know we're doing well when that happens.""
A 14 year-old boy, attending a middle school in Wyoming, was suspended for sketches of the popular video game, Halo. Search warrants were assigned to the boy's house, his father's home, and took his computer for evidence. The boy has not been charged with any crimes, however, he did threaten a fellow pupil and he has been seen shooting pigeons with an assault rifle while on his roof.
I think this has truly nothing to do with Halo, but with the danger of the kid hurting someone.
The article creator has a friend who works at Bungie and he submitted the article creator an email saying Bungie is leaving Microsoft and the email also features reasons to why this is happening. It seems that Bungie are basically Microsoft's slaves. Microsoft is not allowing them to work on any other different project that's not to do with the Halo series and Bungie dislikes this. Even though this is still a rumour the article creator also adds that he has full faith with this contact of his.
"Speaking with Bungie at an exclusive Microsoft event this month we were informed that there was no rest for the wicked for the team as they were already beavering away at the next Halo game in the franchise. When questioned whether the game would be a prequel, Bungie remained tight lipped as always but we have a hunch that the game might actually be Halo - The Movie Game (insert movie title prefix here). Either way, it's early days considering many are still tackling the single player of Halo..."
"Welcome to the UGO's World of Halo. This is the realm of Master Chief. Enter and join the epic battle that has been chronicled in video games (including Halo 3, Halo Wars, and beyond) novels (The Fall of Reach and The Flood), comics (The Graphic Novel and Uprising) and the Halo movie."
The Halo series universe meets Command and Conquer. Brought to you by Ensemble Studios is Halo Wars, a new RTS that throws you in the middle of the Halo Universe allowing you to fight as the human UNSC armies and take on the Covenant in large scale battles.
"Halo Wars is the next big real-time strategy game from Ensemble Studios, creators of Age of Empires. Designed exclusively for the Xbox 360, Halo Wars allows you to take charge of the human UNSC armies and see the Halo universe from a totally new perspective. However, we might get a taste of the game sooner than we expected.
In an exclusive interview via Playtm and Gamespot during Games Conventions in Leipzig 2007, with Harter Ryan, Ensembles executive producer, he revealed that a demo ..."
Once a bastion of PC gaming, the real-time strategy genre looks to be moving ever closer to a genuine home console transition.
The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth scratched the surface with an interface that 'almost' worked. Then Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars built on those successes with intuitive but not faultless control.
Now Bungie reckons that Halo Wars will be the single game responsible for accurately bringing the RTS experience to console gamers.
A couple of higher ups in Microsoft, Aaron Greenberg and Larry Hyrb confirmed the rumors. The X0 show X07 was canceled for this year. Xbox fans are disappointed because X07 is the show hosted by Microsoft dedicated to the Xbox 360. Last year, X06 had announcements such as Halo Wars, Banjo Kazooie 3, and Splinter Cell Conviction being a 360 exclusive.
"The latest Halo Wars update has been posted on Bungie's website, and it reveals that we'll all finally be able to get a look at the Halo real-time strategy title at this week's E3. And that's "all" as in if you're lucky enough to be invited behind the strictly closed doors of the E3 Business & Media Summit event."
"Proving that you're never too old to play with toys (just hope you never hear editor Stevie let loose his passion for Transformers!), Todd McFarlane Toys has today told Next-Gen that it actively pursued, and secured, the rights to make a new line of action figures based on the Halo videogame franchise."
