The “Platinum” box arts have been revealed for the new Platinum Range games (which is the equivalent of Greatest Hits in North America) coming out for the Playstation 3 in Europe.
"Sony has sent out Heavy Rain to the media and it comes packed in a nice little package. Stuffed with a newspaper, character information and pictures on a postcard, and even a piece of origami from the Origami Killer. When you first open the shoebox, pictured left, a creepy voice asks the question: "Are you prepared to suffer to save your son?"
We have taken pictures of all the contents of the box to share with you."
A lot of people were disappointed by the Heavy Rain box art for NA, which resembled too much of a Hollywood movie poster that is trying to use sex to sell. Compared to the EU box art, which many loved, the NA one is starting to look less and less impressive, and the release of the JP box art adds on to it. Featuring one of the main characters drowning in a flood of, well heavy rain. Its quite a creative box art, A bit odd and not as impressive as the EU one, but still nice. Check it out.

One thing that also makes Heavy Rain stand out is its amazing graphics, some which people have said to surpass Killzone 2 (that is up to you to decide) But here are some new D+Pad scans which feature Heavy Rain. Showing some brand new screens and talking about about brand in new information.
Heavy Rain is being...
"Don't you just love noir? The deep shadows, the gritty texture... it's perfect atmosphere to bag that Origami Killer yeah? As if there was any doubt of how seriously heavy Heavy Rain could get, here are more concept art and sketches from Morgan Yon.
These shots here are just some of his work from his portfolio (check out the Via link below to see his gallery). He was working in Quantic Dream from Feb of 2006 to May of just last year. He's got quite an impressive resume, actually, and his w..."
