Games get released, games get reviewed. It’s the circle of life that keeps gaming journalism breathing. When it comes to reviews, timeliness is usually everything. You want to get your opinion out before anyone else because really, promptness alone will earn you some readers. That said, when the dust of the review storm clears there’s often still plenty of relevant commentary to be shared. In short, it’s better late than never.
This week: Infinite Space
With the seventh round of the Neoseeker contest Articles of Excellence at an end, our latest winner and first to be featured on what will now be regular articles on GameGrep is Vergil Ties with his review for the RPG set in Space known as Infinite Space. Giving it a total score of 4.0/5, he discusses how despite giving him some mixed feelings, overall it's a good game that's worth checking out.

Infinite Space's very long single-player campaign can be fun, but many times, the futuristic action title can be tedious and extremely frustrating. The Kartel takes a look at some of the nuisances that plague the game from reaching its potential.
"Nude Maker is most renowned for its work on Steel Battalion on Xbox, but has also been involved in creating a few adult PC titles. Whether or not it was the former or latter that convinced Platinum Games to hook up with that team for Infinite Space is unclear, but whatever the case the outcome is indeed an intriguing one. Stephen Totilo has typed up a preview for the Nintendo DS game, Infinite Space. Coming from the creators of Bayonetta and Madworld, they describe it as an in-depth game that lacks in the eye-appeal department. Check out the preview to find out more!
Infinite Space is an upcoming DS-exclusive RPG developed by Nude Maker and produced by Platinum Games, who just finished up Bayonetta. In an interview they were asked about a possibilities of an Infinite Space sequel.
Sega has dubbed an anime web episode for their upcoming RPG, Infinite Space for the Nintendo DS. Used to promote the game in Japan, the short gives an insight to the game's story, and confirms the US release date for Nude Maker's and PlatinumGames' DS title.
Infinite Space released in Japan back on June 11th, and earned review scores of 9/9/8/8 from Famitsu, boasting incredible depth and an expansive universe. The game's official site can be found here.
From the Nintendo Fall Press Conference last night, there are new screenshots for Sega's upcoming DS RPG, Infinite Space. Billed a space-opera RPG, this is one of the games that came from the publishing agreement between Sega and PlatinumGames.
