Avalanche Studios, makers of Just Cause, is opening a new office in New York City. The office is meant to prepare for new projects and not for the Just Cause series.

Just Cause may have only just been released last year but work is well under way on the sequel. IGN managed to get some time with the game and so far its looking good. New weapons will feature including a mounted Mini Gun and some sticky remote detonated C4. Weapons and vehicles are both now fully upgradable with over 2000 parts.
