"All-in-all Knights in the Nightmare is a fun game with a unique battle system that is sure to entertain gamers for hours at a time. Considering that the controls were originally made for the Nintendo DS the PSP version controls well with the analog and being able to switch from Law and Chaos by using the right bumper makes for a smooth transition between modes. The only drawback is that at times it can get tiresome repeating the same battle turn after turn.

"Knights in the Nightmare is what it says on the tin in terms of plot guidance; it tells the tale of many knights, living in a nightmare, most of them dead. The plot itself is extremely loose and you will find yourself unavoidably confused within minutes of play, as each chapter in the game keeps going backward in time, introducing characters who are presented as if you have been playing the game as them for several hours. Atlus seems to have hit a gold mine with Knights in the Nightmare. After surfing around the internet for the better part of the previous month collecting information regarding the game, I don't recall anybody ever criticizing it, other than some minor concerns about the depth and difficulty.
