As part of their Cheers & Tears feature for the summer, IGN's next segment takes a look at 5 strategy games on the DS (which there are plenty of) you should play and another 5 to avoid. IGN Staff simply could not hold off the announcement so they've gone and made it, the top Nintendo DS game for September 2008!
The winner is Lock's Quest, followed by the members choice of Kirby Super Star Ultra and the runner up Disgaea DS.
Each was given a game profile including name, publisher, developed, release date and then the reasons behind their choices.

NintendoWorldReport's review on Lock's Quest, an RTS, for the Nintendo DS is relatively positive.
It begins with their surprise "Lock's Quest is something you don't see every day on the Nintendo DS: a non-licensed, non-sequel game with polish."
It then goes on to mention some of the plot, the uniqueness of the gameplay (thought later on, how terrible it is), the battle phase (both good and bad points) and of course... the good graphics.
Overall they describe it as "a few design tweak...
