Love Plus has a limited edition bundle out especially for Valentine's Day. Most likely people that already own the game will be the ones buying it to.. renew their vows.. so to speak, but anyone who thought this game wasn't for them before has been given a second chance with this special version. Who knows.. it might even lead to marriage in the future...

Love Plus sure seems to bring out the strangeness in people. First there was the man who married his favorite Love Plus character, then there was that creepy school-girl massage parlour based off Love Plus that recently opened in Japan, and now these Love Plus shirts are about to be released, featuring your favorite characters from the game wearing bikinis.

Remember the Nintendo DS dating sim, LOVE PLUS? No? The story of the Japanese man who married a LOVE PLUS game character might jump your memory.

Well, a massage parlour based on the game (also aptly named LOVE PLUS) has recently been opened in Japan. The employees are all women who dress as Japanese schoolgirls and pretend to be the game's characters while giving customers their massages.

This week an unnamed Japanese man formally married Nene Anegasaki, a character from the Nintendo DS dating sim Love Plus, in a Guam church. The man brought his DS and the game to the church and they are now legally married. (See the "happy couple" in the photo below.)
