With so many multiplatform and exclusive titles on the market, it can be a bit tough shopping for that PlayStation 3 owner you know. BrightHub narrows down the list and picks some of the best titles on the console so you won't have to stress out this holiday season.

"Nolan North is someone most everyone is familiar with, despite not many people knowing his name. In fact, he has been in almost every game since 2007. Well, at least his voice has. Whether it be that cat girl-laden JRPG or a mafioso hit like Mafia II, here’s some of his “better” moments."

Gaming-centric social network Raptr recently released interesting data points on its blog discussing gamers' tendencies of Take Two's sandbox titles, Red Dead Redemption and Mafia 2. It's an interesting report comparing the linear gameplay of Mafia 2 versus the content heavy Red Dead Redemption. The results are surprising to say the least.

"In the real world, nobody wants to go up against a member of the Mafia. Their ruthless and cutthroat (or shall we say cut-your-throat) tactics are positively vicious. Whether faced with the vengeance of an underboss, a soldato, or a lowly associate, the Mafia is not an organization you want to mess with."

E3 is always a huge event each year, some like it, some hate it, but no matter what, it always brings out some excellent games and showings from the different developers and their respective publishers.
